I know the kit you speak of. Originally produced by Renwal in the late 50's - early 60's timeframe. Revell purchased Renwal's molds in the mid 70's and produced a few of the kits. The P&W visible radial engine was produced in limited quantities in 1982 as part of the Revell's "History Makers" series. I saw an orginal Renwal kit go for $600+ on ebay a couple years back. The revell re-issue will go for about half that. Pretty rare in either case. One may pop up on ebay a couple times a year. Hope this info helps...

No, actually this is one of the old Renwal kit$. It was my Dad's and I don't think I could ever part with it. Not that I'd ever build the thing, but...sentimental value, y'know?

And I already have a seat kit from an F-14, so there's half my seat already. Where to get the rest... Hmmm....
