I'm now building a Hercules gunship, scale 1:48. Due to all the comments on this site I'm now taking much more time in building. It is worth taking more time. So after several weeks I finally finished the fuselage. But horror the nose gear is out of line. Angry [:(!] I know need to cut open the fuselage in order to get everything right again. because spending so much time on the fuselage you want the best possible result. I'm still not at the high levels I see on this site, but I'm getting there. Hopefully it will work and the nosewheel will sit in the correct position.

I found it in a toyshop not specialized in model aircraft. But I think I was lucky in finding this model. If you want this model yopur best chance is the following link www.lhshop.nl This is a shop in the Netherlands which is specialized in aircraft books models etc. etc.

Yesterday I,ve cut the fuselage open and corrected the mistake.

Sinjin,

Good deal, glad to hear you've corrected the problem. Any chance we can see this when it's done?

I will post the picture of the finished plane, but will need some help in posting the picture of the plane. I have a digital camera. But you need to be patience it will take several weeks before I finish this plane. Sheer size of it will take some thinking how to paint the outside.
