Scroll down and you'll see some current Hog pictures. Do a search and you'll find PA-lenty.

Actually....mmmm...

if that is 82-649.......think thats what i remember...........while ago now.....it is the last A-10 built and it was part of the 70th at Moody when I was there...so that means I worked that jet......

The lighter gray on the mid fuselage which sometimes extends onto the inner wings and to the engine nacelles is the only major difference from the basic Ghost Gray scheme from 1990.

After looking at alotta recent shots of Hogs it seems that there are/were many variations of this scheme, as is usually the case. Some didn't have the lighter gray at mid-fuselage at all. It probably differs from unit to unit.

The basic colors as shown on the Don Color page are correct, just make sure you research the aircraft you're building. If it's important to you, that is!

sorry to be a pain

but the A-10 scheme is not current

too severe and straight lines!!!

there are alot of curved countershading lines around wing roots etc...hard to explain

have pics of my babies paint jobs (ex crew chief)

Most of what's here are older schemes, but the grey A-10 scheme is the one that's currently in use. I didn't check too closely on the others.

Where can I find current ie."Iraq Freedom" paint schemes for all participating aircraft used by US forces. Also the colors/numbers used in these schemes?
