Air National Guard decals?
Posted by Anonymous on Monday, June 30, 2003 10:30 AM
I've been looking all over for decals for my local Air National Guard squadron (180th out of Toledo Ohio, flying F-16C's, I believe the squadron name is "Stingers"), and I've found some from back when they flew the Corsair II's, but no such luck for the F-16s. I really don't want to have to make my own decals, so does anybody know of a company that makes ANG decals? I really don't care what scale they are anymore, I just want to find some! Any help would be much appreciated!

I recommend Mike Grant Decals if you want to investigate custom decals.

His website is: www.mikegrantdesign.com/decals

He can create decals from photographs or your art work.

He did a fantastic job on the decals for my uncle's B-24, "The Chambermaid".

Jealous? Naw, having more 109's than the Luftwaffe and enuff P-40's to build the AVG gives me little reason to be jealous of your F-16 collection... Wink [;)]

hey much thanks, stinger16s! I haven't been able to find any pictures of the decals. Do they have a green squadron color with an image of Ohio and "Toledo" written on it, and also at the base of the tail the word "Stingers" with a little black and white bee behind it?
