If you're building a corps wildcat, look around and see if you can get some Joe Foss decals. He was a great pilot, and marine ace who won the congressional medal of honor. Great pilot and one of my favs. I do like that cactus air force.

US Marine F-4F-4 Wildcat

OK folks, I hope my question is not too stupid or elementary, because I am not a frequent aircraft builder. I am planning to build a Tamiya 1/48 F-4F-4 Wildcat(US Marine in 1943) for a friend for his birthday. Does anyone know if that kit have any US Marine decals? Also could anyone please tell me the colors of Wildcats used by US Marine in 1943(probaby in Guadalcanel). Thanks.
