If it is a 1/48 '17, then it is the Monogram kit. Hasegawa has re-boxed a number of Monogram kits for sale in Japan. I've seen a Helldiver (the new one, not the 1960's kit), the TBD Devestator, and even the 1/48 B-29! The basic deal is that anything you get for the Monogram kit should work.

You could try Verlindens B-17G detail set. It's for the Monogram kit but has some extra resin parts too. See if you can use that.

Masking/PhotoEtch for B17G
Posted by Anonymous on Monday, July 14, 2003 11:46 PM
I'm looking for a masking and or photo etch accessary to Hasagawa's B-17G 1:48 scale. I picked up Eduard's photoetch made for the Monogram 1:48 scale but saw no provision for the ballturret. Any suggestions? Is the rest I wonder compatible with the Hasagawa kit? Does anybody make one for the Hasagawa?
