                        Tamiya's birdcage corsair

                        I have a question about Tamiya's 1/48 birdcage corsair. The head rest of this kit is round, but every picture of the real airplane I found had a triangular shape.
                        Is Tamiya's kit correct or not?

                        I have seen references both ways, but I agree that most photos show the more triangular shape. Squadron's 'In Action" book shows it as round, but Kinzey's "In Detail" book shows the triangular shape. I've built 3 of them and used the kits part but it would be easy to scratch the probably correct shape.
