                        I need see the colors references and another datail...

                        The only one i've found was this one www.wpafb.af.mil/museum/engines/eng34.htm I too am looking for more references for an engine im in the process of building.....

                        Oh...I forgot that Flight Journal magazine has a special issue of the P-47 Thunderbolt for the fall of 2003 which also has quit a few pictures of the Prat and Whitney R-2800.

                        Go to search, then type in r 2800. There are lots of pics there. I love the aircraft resource center. Best resource for walkarounds I've found.
