how to order replacement parts for a Hasegawa kit?

Hasegawa is imported into the US by Marco Polo Import, but their website has been down for months. The distributor would be companies like MMD (Squadron) or Stephens. The distributors only deal with retail outlets so your best bet is talk to the local hobby retailer and see if they can help.

Which part for which kit do you need ? I or someone else may be able to send you what you need. A fellow modeler will probably respond more quickly than a manufacturer ( they have already made their money ). Building is more fun than waiting. Good Luck !

Back in January I came up missing a part for Hasegawa's Leopold Railway Gun. After a phone call to Marco Polo Importing I learned I had to send them a letter including kit number and missing part number.
