FW-190 A8 dio pic
Posted by djmodels1999 on Sunday, August 3, 2003 3:09 AM
Here's a pic of a little diorama I built for a customer, to introduce a new range of 1/72 airfield accessories and figures. The kit is the 1/72 Pro-Modeler, out of the box (really nice kit; decals a bit on the thick side though). The Kubel is the Hasegawa one, and all the figures are parts of 3 sets of Luftwaffe crew now sold by Scale Model Accessories. The base is a picture frame with plastic for the runway, balsa for the wooden planks, and plaster and tea leaves for the soil and grass. All sorts of paints used.

Hope you like it!

Very nice presentation, DJ. Looks like that bird is getting set to go.

Hey DJ,
For a small pic, the 190 looks great!! The way you set up the dio, its very eye catching.
Would ya have a site to where I can see the dio a lil bigger??
At any rate very nice work my friendTongue [:P]
Flaps up, Mike

If you would listen to everybody about the inaccuracies, most of the kits on your shelf would not have been built Too Close For Guns, Switching To Finger
