Substitute for Future Floor Polish?
Posted by Anonymous on Monday, February 3, 2003 9:41 AM
Hi to all. I am having difficulty finding Future Floor Polish in stores. Does anyone know of a different product that works as well as Future that I can use as a substitute (particularly for Canopy's). Alternatively, any suggestions on what stores generally carries future or where I can buy it would be most appreciated.

Many Thanks,
Paul

If you are in the US, your local supermarket or WalMart should carry it. In the UK, it's called Klear and you'll find it in supermarkets too, in the house cleaning stuff aisle.

Paul,
Where do you live? If you're in North America you can likely find it at any grocery or hardware store. If you're in Europe I've heard that Johnson's Klear is a similar (if not the same) product.
Anyone else have an alternative?
M.

I live in the US, North East and searched Home Depot, Target, Waldbaums, CVS, Duance Reade, etc and no luck. Has anyone ever found it On-line anywhere?

In my part of the world most of the Kroger family of stores carry it, and most of the Albertson's companies do too-Osco Drug, and their other companies. The category of floor finishes is smaller than 20 years ago because of the no-wax floor.

I also live in the NE United States and have seen it in every local supermarket.
If you can't find it they might be able to order it for you. Good luck!
