                        my cousin suggested that i use a car ciggarette lighter powered tire inflator for the airbrush im gonna buy what duya think???

                        Those compressors, while inexpensive, usually provide too much pressure for painting models. Go with the ones that are made for the hobby.
                        While more expensive, they are an invaluable investment.
