Yesiree, the black bird is a night fighter and as such would only have carried it's internal armament. The others would have carried a variety of different weapons, depending upon the mission and the target.

The interior on any of them would be "grey green", a close equivalent being FS 34226. I think Testors has this color in their second line of military colors, but I don't know their given name of the color or it's # within the line.

Here's a site that will give you some idea of what FS 34226 looks like. It won't be an exact match most likely, but the colors on that site do compare well with the FS 595B fan deck as well as with the actual color chips in the FS 595A book.

I wouldn't worry too much about getting an exact match anyway, there's too many variables involved and it's kinda impractical to start with...

I got this tamiya model 2 years ago for Christmas. It is time to do something in addition to avengers and dauntless. Anyway, there are 3 color schems, a overall green over grey, a mottled green over grey and an all flat black. Does anyone know these planes and why did they have different armament. In fact, I want to do all lack but it seemed to carry no bombs or rockets. I assume it was recon. Anyway, any info would be great. In addition, what is the interior fuselage color. I can't figure it out from the instructions. Thanks!
