I believe Revell has reissued this kit with original boxart within the last 2 years. Keep as many original parts and replace the missing ones with the reissue. I've seen these kits at swap meets and in hobby shops so there still around at pretty resonable prices.

The Revellogram kit 85-5512 is the Monogram B-25-J and a totally differerent mold. The original Revell B-25 B was put out around 1966 and not bad for it's day. Acurate Minatures is the only other company to put out the "B" variant in 1/48.

Carlos,

If the kit is a 1/48 B-25 you should be able to swap the parts witht the current Revell offering. I believe the curent kit number is 85-5512.

Carlos, If it is the old 1/48 scale Revell kit I have an incomplete kit. What parts do you need and I'll see if I can fix you up with what you need. E-mail me if you want.

Carlos - As a last resort, you may find a duplicate model on Ebay. I just did a check and there are nine of them (by Revell) from different era's and under $20. Be careful though, as one of them is the box only. I've bought several models (not B25's) on ebay that were started and never finished for around 5 bucks each. Some of them are very rare, and go for A LOT more money as a complete kit. Two kits like this will usually yield a complete kit to build. If you can wait long enough for your kit to appear, you may luck out. Otherwise, The other forum suggestions are good ideas also. Stinger
Good luck - Stinger

Thanks for the tip. I know in the old days, most manufacturers would do that, but I never would have thought they could do it now for an OOP kit. Stinger

If its the 1/72 scale kit, it has been around for a while. Post the scale, and say which parts are missing, and maybe someone can help you. Hope this helps.

Old Revell b-25 missing parts
Posted by Anonymous on Tuesday, August 19, 2003 8:13 PM
I have recently received as a gift an old revell b-25 as a heritage from an uncle who passed away, he was a great modeler!
Her wife gave me some unbuilt models. My favorite, the B-25 has a lot of missing parts, where can I get them?
Does any body has a clue?
Thanks for your kind help!
