I was wondering how do u tint the canopies of modern air craft ive heard mix yellow with clear coat. Dose anyone know if that is true or know any other ways to do it.

hi modelkid!

you also could use Tamiya's Gold, mix it with Future, overnight....next morning the metals parts (microscopic) sunk at the bottom...poor it gently in a glas/bar what ever...

Now you have excellent stuff to do your radar absorbing canopies....like the F-16's or EA-6B's....yeah....just dip it!

Of course, this all from experienced modellers....
