Thanks guys!!

Nothing like a little inspiration to get you motivated on a project!!

Mike-- they sure are sweet! With that many hours in them-- you should work for these guys!! What a job!! They had their blue SNJ there as well, but I ended up flying the yellow AT-6 which was what I wanted as that one is a better looking one to model imho....although we all know how well yellow is to paint on....I did a Piper Cub for someone not long ago and found that out!

blackwolf--

Excellent news. I received the model in the mail today and agree- it is a good looking build. I am excited about it! I'll reply to your email on the airbrush in a bit....but look forward to your tutorial. I also received the decals from the Three Guys set so that is a good reference as well....

Jeeves, GROOVY DUDE!!! The only bird I ever got a ride in (besides US Scare & Lawn Dart) was a little 'ole L-2.

Musta been a trip! I'm just about to get started on the "fillet tutorial", probably another day or two, keep an eye out...

Actually I have about 45hrs, 15 on the second stick and 30 hrs in the front seat.
MAN can you say fun......WOW. So in all I plan on building this bird in the near future.
Lookin forward to see your builds bud.

Once I finish the Tuskegee Mustang, I plan on modeling the plane I flew today for 30 minutes!

Here are just a couple shots before I started looping, rolling, and split-Sing all over Saratoga Big Smile [:D] Just picked up the Heller 1:48 kit and plan on modeling this one soon!
