In 1/72, you'll need to try and find the Aurora 737 kit, it is a 737-100 which is not correct for a T-43. The T-43 is the 737-200 version, which is longer. Airfix makes a good 1/144 737-200, and Hasegawa and Matchbox/Revell do the 737-200 in 1/200--Hasegawa even offered their kit with T-43 markings at one point.

Your best bet might be to look for a Boeing 737-100/200 version and convert it to the T-43 (that is if you are talking about the T-43 trainer for the USAF). You might be able to find decal sets on squadron.com.
