i'm just about to start ICM's yak 9t, and need some help with the colours...
any idea what TAMIYA colour i should paint the underside?
the kit says 'russian blue' - humbrol 115....anyone know a tamiya close match?

I think XF-23 "light blue" is your best bet. As for the upper colors, a light gray and a dark gray, maybe XF-19 and XF-20. If you have access to PollyScale, they make the best Russain colors. Their russian blue is the closest around.

This is a ICM Yak-9D made from the Yak-7DI kit. (Just add 2 doors to the tail wheel, real easy conversion)
