Hey Viper;
did you know that there are 2 types of 131 pods, you have the low band extended pod and the short pod, the ones mostly used during Operation Iraqi Freedom where the short pods but the ones you get in the Hasegawa kit is the long pod, and if your doing one for this time frame after the conflict then the A-10's don't have the pods loaded (there is no surface to air threat from radar guided missiles) but there is the threat of heat seeking SAM's here,

Verlinden Products has an update set for !/48 Academy F-111F. It has an AN/ALQ-131 ECM pod. It is update set #1420. Lenny.

Hasagawa weapons kit B in 1/48 scale has the ALQ-87,119 and 131 pods. There are two of each in the kit.

A lot of A-10's still carry the ALQ-119 pods.

I was trying to update a Tamiya kit with correct ordanance and having trouble finding replacement.I want to replace the ALQ-119 with the newer ALQ-131.Any helpwould be great Soory, the kit is in 1-48 scale.Question [?]
