I am referring to the panels in the front of the fuselage.
in eduard's kit diii is one panel in eduard's dii kit
is 3panels,i think that also in dii and diii in reality was 3 panels.
For early dii the radiator was in the side of the fuselage.

After looking at some line profile drawings and reading, I would say YES, they have the same fuselage. The Dlll differed from the Dll in the following: lower wing was narrower than top and both sets of wing tips were tapered, the parallel wing struts were replaced with a single "V" strut on each side. Finally the 'panels in front
cooling area' - if you are referring to the radiator in the top wing, both early Dll and lll's had them centrally located but were then moved to starboard side of center to minimize the danger of pilot scalding if the radiator was punctured by a bullet.
