AMtech 1/48 XP-61E/F-15A Reporter

Several months ago Squadron put the AMtech 1/48 XP-61E/F-15A Reporter kits up on their preorder page and I promptly order one of each to give my Monogram P-61's some company. At that time the AMTech webpage had the kits listed under upcoming releases. Now when I checked their page there is no mention of these kits, only some new P-40 kits they are coming out with. Does anyone know if these kits are still coming? or did the project get scrapped?Question [?]

Last I heard (last week) test shots of the parts were at the Chicago show. We should be seeing this in the late winter or early spring if all goes well. Have to take Murphy's law into account also. I actually saw a P-61 do a low fly over when I was a teenager in central Michigan - very cool plane. I too have one of each on preorder - keep the faith!

I see that Squadron is still taking pre-orders for this kit, so it is probably going to still be offered. I am looking forward to this kit to.

Flint was a little ways from me. I was in that swampy area (I think all of Mi is swamp) called Olivet. We refered to it as Out-Of-It, twas a sleepy little college town.
