The Hobbycraft kit is alright, but you'll need to do a fair bit of scratchbuilding in the cockipit and shorten up the landing gear legs a slight bit.
Belcher bits produced a 1/48 resin Tutor jet and by all accounts it was a good kit, I'm not sure what sort of production run it had, you may want to pay a visit to the Belcher Bits web site to see if its still available.
A couple of more obscure offerings were by a Canadian outfit called Victoria Products, I'm not certain if They're still around, But they released Tutors in 1/72. one was resin and the other vac form. They also released a sheet of 1/72 decals that weren't bad.
If you want aftermarket decals for the Hobbycraft Tutor, Arrow Graphics is your best bet, they have a variety of Tutor decals to choose from including Snowbird schemes from the very first all white paint jobs of their innagural display season right up to the most current scheme.
I heard that Hobbycraft had announced a 1/48 Tutor, but I haven't seen it on shelves yet, keep hoping.
