I imagine that just about everyone here is aware of the forthcoming release from Cutting Edge of the Pencilnose conversions and decal sheets for these aircraft, right? Well, I was digging through some reference books today and came across this picture of a Pencilnose in Tricolor Splinter. I bet this would look great done on the new conversion kit. Might even have to go so far as to do it in Romanian livery!
