Checked the local shop, he has a single copy of the -135R on shelf. Cost is 29.99, he however, no longer ships, if you want the kit let me know, I will buy it and send it to you. Just send check for kit and we can figure out shipping later. Vince

I think my local hobby shop may have one on the shelf. I'll check tomorrow (Thursday Oct. 9).. If so, will post here tomorrow pm. If they have it, I'll get you his price and phone number. He has shipped out of North Carolina before. Will let you know status soonest.

Try ebay. I just got one there, it cost way too much.Dead [xx(] I called all the locale hobby shops and the ones in FSM no luck. Good luck in your search.

Greg,
I did not even think about their website. It is www.hobbymaker.com and the # is 1-800-274-8076. I did a quick search for a KC-135 and it did not come up with a kit. Give them a call and see what they can do. Hope this helps.

My brother gave me that kit about 7 years ago. He got it at a place called Hobby Maker in Bedford, TX which is outside of Ft. Worth. I know that they have a lot of hard to find kits. He still lives in the area and I can try to have him track down the # for you.

Anyone know where I can find a kit of the KC-135R Stratotanker? I believe it's the one with the newer, larger F-108 high-bypass engines. I remember AMT/ErtL made this kit some time ago, but I can find it anywhere. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance.
