What's THE BEST 1/72 S-3A Viking around????
Posted by Anonymous on Tuesday, October 7, 2003 10:59 AM
I'm looking for an S-3A Viking to make the US Navy version, and i was wondering to get a recessed panel lines kit...
I've already bought an Hasegawa one, but it has raised panel lines....

So anyone can tell me wich would be the best pick???

The Airfix kit must not be any better (if you can even find it!)... Better start practicing rescribing, I believe!

I think that's the 48th kit you're talking about...

Probably. The one thyamis was talking about, I think, is the old ESCI 48th kit, which is pretty nice for it's age. It's just not what you need, though.

Well, Revell says it is a 1/72...

I've tryed to use theyr forum, but since they have a strange posting policy (we have to click on a link in an e-mail from them, in order to complete the posting... but mine's not working!!!!), i have some problems in posting....

*sigh*

Many thanks to all, for all this inquiries....
