Monogram makes a couple in their ProModler line, very descent kits. I built one a while back, the JU-88 C I believe, but I can't be sure. Good detail and good fit. I recommend them.

I've built 4 of the Pro Modeler Ju 88A-4 kits. They are very nice when finished. If you decide on one of these, think about getting the Eduard P.E. set. Makes a BIG difference. Lots of cockpit and wheel well detail, and includes gunsights.
The kit is ex-DML/Dragon. The fuselage has no locator pins, and attachment of the wings to fuselage requires care. You are also left with a plethora of parts for the spares box.
I built a Hobby Craft Ju 88S once, and I was very disappointed in the kit. Thick detail parts & recessed panel lines "wider than a river."
