Haven't built one but there are a few at my hobby shop. The testors clear stuff is really weak, but I have heard good things about Micro-Krystal-Kleer. If it is Acadmey watch out for the decals, if you don't dip them in future before putting them on the modes, they will fall off after a couple of weeks.

Have built both Airfix and Heller - currently have an Academy (1/72 and two Hasagawa (1/32)on the shelf) - used white glue on the first two but will use Krystal Clear on the others - Thats all I've used on clear parts for the last five or so years - Good ah....stuff Maynard Approve [^]Approve [^]Approve [^]
