hi all
sum months ago i orderded a 1/48 monogram b 17 from america an they sent me a 1/28 (!@#$%^&!@#$%^&@#%^&) balsa model imstead(B17)!!!!!The air was bue wiv my colorful commets when i opened it !@#$%^&*~!@#$%^&*****Censored [censored]

so any of u out there have any tips???

Have you contacted the person you ordered it from. Was it E-bay or a distrubutor of kits. If it was a reputable distributor you should be able to get an exchange. If it was E-bay you will have to contact the seller.

Why not just contact the company that you purchased it from and explain what happened. I'm sure if they have any reputation at all and that they have made that big of a mistake they would somehow try to rectify it. Most of the companies that I deal with are more than happy to try to solve a problem. It keeps good customer relations.

definately do that unless there was a mistake in the catalogue so that the code for the product was wrong. In this case although you had ordered one thing you got another in a "legal" fashion. A few years ago a british site had TVs for 9.99$!!!, meaning 999$.
there was heavy legal battle whether the customers who placed an order had the right to get their purchases or not!!!!!
