Mandrake a B-36 in 1/48 scale would have a wingspan of almost 58 inches. That would barely fit in my shop HAHA

Don't worry about a 1/72 scale B-36! I'm about half done with the one made by Revell-Germany, and it's been more than a handful! Anyway, I'm happy with it. Even in 1/72 I feel it acuratly (Ie kant spell) conveys the emmense size of the actual aircraft. A 1/48 scale B-36 would be crazy!

I was stationed at Travis AFB in the 1950's and all B-36 and RB-36's had a flat black anti-glare panel.
