Since the E-100 never got built, your camo scheme is unlimited. Heavy ambush would be a good choice, with a dash of white-wash overall

Well, since it's a "late war" tank, why don't you go for a hard edged ambush pattern?
Or try that overall green with yellow blotches pattern that was on some Tiger B's in Berlin.
