Cute little kit there, now if they would just make a decent 1/35 scale one. Are you listeneing Tamiya?

Nice looking Crusader Chris. Clean looking build.

Two quick comments - the tracks are riding above the roadwheels and can be glued down to the tops to give them a more accurate look as in the following pic.

Second, you painted the sides of your roadwheels but not the surface.

Both problems are very easily corrected.

Thanks for sharing.

Looks great, Chris. Built that same kit years and years ago. It was a good kit, as I remember it. Did you enjoy the build?

Looks good, Chris! Robert already pointed out the points that may need a little attention, so I'd say you got it!

Tigerman, the Italeri 1/35 Crusaders aren't so bad! Give 'em a chance!

But yeah, a 1/35 Tamiya, or Dragon, or AFV Club, or Academy Crusader would be nice, to be sure!

there, I painted the sides of the roadwheels and put dullcoat on it at lunch. I can't believe how well dullcoat makes decals conform to raised surfaces such as rivets.

I don't have any on the shelf at the moment, but I'm going to the HS this weekend and I'm planning on getting one then. I really enjoy 72 for a nice fun relaxing build. Smile [:)]

Thanks Brian. Your right, I built the Crusader III many eons ago and it wasn't a bad kit. I didn't care for the vinyl tracks. I see they released a II? Does it have indy tracks?

Looks great Chris! Better than mine. I built mine about 20+ years ago though. Keep up the great work!

I thought it was done but it wasn't. I just threw some antennas on it tonight and it looks great now.
