Many thanks for all kind feedbacks!

Grem56, there were no conversion, just a OOTB built. The kit comes with some PE parts.

PaintWithBrush, the exhaust pipe is not really red. It's dark rust or dark orange color rather. ;-)

That is a neat looking little vehicle. Is it just the lighting, or are the exhausts really that red?

Was this a serious conversion of the staghound? I get these rather cartoonish visions of the rockets not detaching and seeing the staghound disappear down the road in a huge cloud of smoke with Dick Dastardly hanging out of the turret.........................................Whistling [:-^]

I wouldn't have bought this kit if I didn't get 50% discount. Still it costed me $23.50 same as the Comet. It's a nice kit with PE parts.
