Posted by Anonymous on Tuesday, December 9, 2003 10:23 PM
Hi all.
Remember way back when I was scrounging around for a hetzer kit in Canada and shermanfreak helped me out? well i finally have a couple pictures to show for it (it's been done a while, just haven't had the chance to snap some pix)

Now to continue my fourth build! (hornisse)

cheers all!

Blush [:I] Thanks for all the kind words everybody.

I'm glad people like the camo...One day I'll get an airbrush and then I can really do some real camo work... 'til then I'll continue my laborious brush-painting!

Good looking build, and good camo job for using a brush. I feel your pain on the brushes, as I still am not quite adept with my airbrush to do detailed camo (I just use mine for the base coat)

Very nice.

I can't imagine what it's like to do a camo pattern without an airbrush!

Thanks again to everyone.

frosty: it indeed is the DML Hetzer kit... first go at indy tracks for me too! quite a worthwhile experience... I don't know how you do anything smaller than 1/35... and I'm already a guy with spidery hands.

erock: I can say the reverse... I can't imagine what it's like to do a camo pattern WITH an airbrush! well maybe i can dream... Big Smile [:D]

Very nice! One of the best hand-brushed camo's I've seen.
My little "hunting dog" looks shabby now.Hope to see more
of your work.As soon as I can get Digital,I will share some of
mine.
