Not too much white putty right? Good luck with all that PE

AHH! That Censored [censored] Censored [censored] PE! it requires patience and skill that I do not possess. I just hope it's not the downfall of this build.

It'll probably be day or two until I post an update as I snapped my good blade in half and it went into my thumb, and I don't have enough patience to work on the PE for more than 15 minutes at a time. Angry [:(!] Anyway, it really is a good kit besides all that. Hope it turns out well!

Will,

Off to a good start with this one. You're correct about the vents, those are the air circulation openings for the engine since it was moved to the middle of the vehicle to create room for the fighting compartment at the rear.

Thanks for checking in! Don't get too excited, that horse'll be "alive" at the end of this... hopfully. I'm planning a dio of a mounted troop giving targets to the Nashorn kinda like this (sorry Hans, my MS paint skills are pretty sub par Ashamed [*^_^*]).

The mounted German is going on over in the fig forum.

Well you are off to a good start on this build and you have the gaps well puttied and under control. What's with the "dead" horses lying around the build? Should be interesting to follow this build as I have had my eye on either a Nashorn or Hummel to add to my collection.

Well, here's a kit I've have around for a year (give or take a month), one of my favorite of German TDs/ moble artillery. Building up well so far except for the occasional gaps and hard to understand photo instructions (Black Eye [B)]) This might be a slow build just to let you guys know.Whistling [:-^]

Quite a few gaps one the breach/ gun..

ONE BIG GUN!

Fighting compartment..

What were the vents on the forward of the side armor for? Was the engine under the main gun?..

A minor fitting problem on the front..

Well, there she is so far. Any serious issues or problems I should fix?
