I normally use 28 gauge brite wire from wal mart, fits perfectly in the little slots in the bases.
Mike- Whats the best way to go about a crows foot?

I bought a 3 foot long bundle of .015 piano wire at my LHS for a couple bucks, enough for at least 100 antennas. Perfectly straight, unbreakable, trim with wire cutters.

For a straight antenna, if you have an unbent twist tie from trash bags, burn the plastic off and superglue into the mount. It's easy to trim to scale, thin and sturdy.

Here's a partial list of materials that can be used:
1. stretched sprue
2. guitar string
3. go to walmart and purchase a cheap vinyl paint brush ..... pluck yourself an antenna ..... each brush has enough antenna to do 1,000 kits or more.
