Has anyone ever put nets on helmets? If so, how?

Thanks

Since there were a few different types of GI helmet nets, I ususally opt to go with the 1/4" net. A painted piece of 1-ply tissue really works wel for this.

My 2 cents [2c]

I'm not exactly sure how I did this. I've slept once or twice since the last time I put netting on helmets (the concusion didn't help either).Tongue [:P]

But I seem to remember that I just lipped the netting under the brim of the helmet and glued it into place with regular plastic glue.

Sheer material for curtains or veils works pretty good too.

I've used that netting that they give you at weddings with the bird seed in it. I glue it on the helmet with white glue when it's dry I trim off the excess and paint the helmet then dry brush the netting.

The holes may be a bit large but I think it looks real good.

PS. I assume your talking about 1/35 scale
