This is an old kit re-issued with the Breda Gun and it is showing it's age in places.

Built OOB with mod's scratch built.

The leaf springs took a lot of cleaning up in particular, but general fit is very good.

I saw this build in Military International Nov issue and so did "schnobs". I am not even going to try to emulate his superb build of this kit.

This is a conversion of the kit by adding some superstructure and modifying the rear cargo bay.

Mine will also be an up gunned radio vehicle also it will be freshly painted for it's forthcoming patrol, tho it will have gathered a bit of dust.

This vehicle is for 'T' patrol, crewed by New Zealand forces, hence the 'Kiwi' on the bonnet.

I have a long way to go as yet, with all of the bits to go with this vehicle.

HELP, I need some fine chain to attach to the drop down tailgate

can some one point me in the right direction?.

I will post more pictures when I have the build finished.

When I saw the first set of pics, I thought you and your kid might be working on it together. Wink After the second set with some weathering, it looks much, much better. Was it really that pink or were you using a lighter color for weathering purposes? Anyways, it came out looking cool with all that packed gear and weathering.

tigerman; thanks for taking a look. I had to use "flash" which has made it look brighter than it really is.

However reading comments from veterens, they remember them as being "quite bright"...cheers....Kenny

Looks like you've loaded this one up nice and proper! The desert schemes seem a bit outlandish/bright but we often forget that their main purpose was to disrupt the outlines of the vehicle and not necessarily blend in with the surroundings per se. The Brits in particular with the "Caunter" schemes were trying to apply "dazzle" type camo used by the Navy to the desert environment and so we get the pink/blue/gray types of combos. IIRC P-40s were also often painted "desert sand pink" as a camo scheme, so it wasn't just land vehicles either that they tried this color on. Sorry I missed this one the first time around but looks like you've done the old kit justice. Congrats on another nice build! Yes

The shape and outline of the vehicle is definitely broken up by the paint scheme. The second set of pics is most improved. Well done! Cheers Dave

Bill, many thanks for your kind word; I have your build of the 'Puma' put by as reference for when I build mine. Don't know when that will be tho'.

My thanks to every one, I find that feed back is so important when I have so much to learn.

Finally; it is a pity I have had to 'Flash' for the pic's. It is not as bright as it looks and some of the weathering has been lost especially the covering of dust.

The weather here in England is so dull and the lighting is flat...cheers....kenny
