Hi blitzer,
I've done a couple using pins inside the hull. Put the tracks on the tank, push down where you want the sag, make a mark on the outside of the hull. Then using a pin vise and small diameter drill bit, drill a hole (same size as the straight pin) through the side of the hull. Make a small bracket ( 1/4 by 1/4 and a triangle piece, square piece to hold pin and the triangle piece as a gusset for support of the square piece). Glue this inside the hull just below the hole. Insert the pin through the hole from the inside to hold the track down. Pin can be painted to match the track.
Regards,
Joe
