T-72 From DML?
Posted by MonsterZero on Wednesday, January 7, 2004 1:47 AM
My friendly neighborhood dealer has one of those in the bargain bin.

Is that a good kit or another one of them 1980s kits based on a single grainy photo and lots of guesswork?

I've got all the variants of the DML T-72 to include the Kirin issues of the M-84 and T-72 Lion of Babylon. For accuracy, fit and buildability, run to the Tamiya T-72. If you want to put together a decent kit that looks like a T-72 from 3 feet way, then try your hand with the DML kit.

Avoid the Trumpeter T-72 at all costs. Use caution when assembling the T-72 because the upper hull will not fit on the lower hull with the upper run of tracks in place.
