I would ask over at armorama, they have a pretty well defined Russian armor scratchbuild community that could probably help you.

This looks like a full on scratchbuild job to me. If one could find thos wheels and tires, one could simply scratchbuild the Missile and it's Heavy launcher. I' still looking for those wheels.

Yet that is it I am looking for axle diminsions, width and leight and total leight of missle carrier. Pitchers I have by the ton drawings are hard to come by, seems this is still classified, russia can copy and post our vechiels, but we seem to cant, I  have emaed MAZ with no answer and have black helecopters flying by my house, come on some one has to he this system. The are even parked in musemes in russia. gotta go saw red led by my head.

The Topol-M missile, or SS-27, can be either silo based or road-mobile. Deployment was begun with the announcement of the first operational unit, but full-scale entry into service was expected in 2006.
