last night at 6am cops came in here and arrested me charged me with misdemeanors... pretty much with that on my record i cant graduate with a teaching degree... the story is that someone was out prowling and making obscene gestures late at night, well we had a suprise party for my roommates gf and they got in a fight, we played games till 3am and getting pissed drunk till i was the first to pass out asleep. so at 6 am they wake me up, take MY ROOMMATES sweatshirt and say its still cold, mind you we keep our heat real low to avoid high bills
then they said his cheeks look cold and woke him up and questioned him, i vouched for him, then the cop says after an hour that he thinks about it and it looked likes me, so i say im gonna cooperate and i go to this guys house, WEARING MY ROOMMATES SWEATSHIRT and the guy looks at me and says its a POSSIBILITY mind you i have shaved hair, so does 32 other guys on my team and countless other people in this world. so then the cop tells me to come clean and tells me to name the other 3 people involved, well i cant cause i wasnt there so he says tell me the other 3 people and ill charge with disorderly and your teaching career is saved, if you dont ill charge you with a misdeamor and your screwed. so i tell him its wiser if i say ok it was me, let me get the disorderly, but he says it doesnt work that way, im charging you with a misdemeanor. he says cmon tell me your guilty and youll be free. so i say the law says im innocent until proven guiltyand your basicly telling me im guilty till proven innocent by jepordizing everythign ive worked for in the last 5 years. THANK YOU.... mind you he told me a detective will be calling me and never read me my Miranda Rights when he gave me his card..... any advice on this, i didnt do a thing i have allabys from when the first inncodent happened but the other one i was sleeping here passed out drunk. but i sware i didtn do a thing and im being shafted. any advice, is it a winable case.
