Well for the Humvee, I have a paper model in 1:25 of the same vehicle. On the model shown in this thread, the poor jerry cans struck me, and also the left antenna mount - I think there's a little bit of seam left there. And dhe window glass has some strange effect on the edges, maybe AI used a bit too much glue?
As with the M38A1, I'm especially glad to see it here, because I'm going to build it some day, and the remark about the ammo tubes is valuable to me. I'd like to point the star on the hood out for my coleagues. For what I know, from the fifties on the regulations have the star on top surfaces point toward the front of the vehicle, whereas the model has it pointing toward the rear. This mistake can be seen all to often, even on restored 1:1 vehicles, so I think it's worth talking about it. Please check this link to confirm it:
