Alan makes the Marder IID, which was on that chassis.
search on www.greatmodels.com for "1/35 ah5011 Sdkfz 131 Marder IID"
is that what you are looking for?

erm..not certain, It looks like a Hetzer with a front mounted howetzer (got it in a book on 38t varients), I'll see if I can't google up an image and we'll go from there.

Well, there's also the Grille (Cricket), SdKfz 138/1, which meets all the requirements you have imposed -- a Sig33 on a 38(t) chassis. Of course, it's not mounted into the Hetzer hull.

Dragon makes a couple of different Grille models, IIRC.

The Grille has always been a big favorite of mine. A great example of how the Germans improvised and slapped together some fairly decent weapon systems. I like its looks too -- kind of squat and ugly.
