Tale of Two Merkava IV Kits

I've been wanting to pic up an Israeli Merkava IV kit off eBay since Santa didn't bring me one!!
I'm looking on eBay and I see two different Academy kits, #13213 and #13227. Can someone hit me with the highlights of the two? Which is the better kit?
