Modern Canadian military figures??

I know that real models makes three modern Canadian Tankers and another company (Black,,,something) makes three more Canadian tankers. However are there any modern Canadian infantry (for Afghanistan) out there. If not how much difference is there between Modern American infantry and Canadian infantry? Can American figures be easily converted to Canadians? I know there is supposed to be a slight difference in the helmets but what about the rest of their gear?  I would even settle for something that most people (aside from rivet counters) would miss.
