Didn't catch the 1/72 scale on the LVT, but I suppose there's hope it might up-scale to 1/35? I'm not sure the Sdkfz 222 isn't 1/72 scale either now that I look closer at the pics...the PE mesh looks kind of thick as does some of the tool and jerry can details...so maybe my enthusiasm was pre-mature. If so, then I would have to agree that the announcements don't have much to light my fire either in the end. Sad

Though I do believe Bronco has a New Mold Sdkfz.223 in 1/35 running around somewhere? and the DML 222 it is 1/72 scale. It is going to be DML's usual 1+1 combo set like the Bradley and Humvee kits.

On the workbench: Dragon 1/350 scale Ticonderoga class USS BunkerHill 1/720 scale Italeri USS Harry S. Truman 1/72 scale Encore Yak-6

It does look 1/72, alas, a nice looking one at that.

I'm surprised that Mike didn't get excited about the LVT from DML! Big Smile

I'm very happy to see DML put out an Sdkfz 222...very happy indeed!

Bill - I searched through DML and saw the LVT.. Surprise...the excitement was building..Stick out tongue..a new LVT A4...Cool...I was all set to cheer..Big Smile...then....Indifferent....I saw the box in the background..Bang Head...1:72....Crying    At my age 1:72 is Dead

Thanks for trying....it looks like a Sleep year for OD....Tigerman  stated it well...unimpressive....even some of the new figures released were dull

Thanks Bill

Thanks for all the photos.

I have to admit that I'm underwhelmed. The only thing that interests me is the Valentine, but I want one with the sand-shields to hide those rubber-band tracks. The texture on it looked awfully thick and out of scale, though I have no clue on how accurate it is.
