Mongram Mafia

Due to the name coined by our own DoogsATX,  I'm checking on a the interest level of a Monogram Group Build. Build any two (2) Classic Monogram kit s(or Revell re-releases of them), any subject, any era, any scale, and get "made"... Crossovers, WIPs OK as long as they aren't over 50% compete...  I say two because, face it... Start date, any time from right now to 31 March, completion date, six months from your start time.. Start-time cut off is 31 March... You wanna piece of the action, you gotta be committed to "This Thing of Ours"...  If you can't swing two Monogram kits in six months, "den fuggedaboudit"... You ain't what we're lookin' for... Ya gotta be an "earner" if ya wanna get "made"...

Successful completion means you're "made" in the Monogram Mafia..

I'm takin' my badge now,  though... I figure I've got enough Monogram kits under my belt to have earned it already.. Any youse gotta problem wit' dat?

As a kid their aircraft kits were the best with working landing gear. I loved the TBM Avenger with the dropping torpedo.

Just a quick question--Which Revell kits would be OK? I haven't been around long enough to know the difference between Revell re-releases of Monogram kits or the new stuff they've put out. Heck, I haven't been around long enough to have ever even purchased a Monogram kit. That's the stuff my dad's built.

Current Revell catalog only has two ex-Monogram tanks listed:

M-48 Patton

M-4 Sherman
