So I found out last week that there was something wrong with the labeling or some EPA bulls**t, and Tamiya's acrylic thinner is temporarily discontinued. Any body know of a good acrylic thinner compatible with Tamiya paint ?? I thin down my airbrush with windshield fluid, but it does'nt clean as well as X-20A. Any ideas ??
Thx as always
I use 91% Isopropyl Rubbing Alcohol. Works well and cleans up great. Little boozy smelling though.

For Tamiya I use Lacquer Thinner. Nice big can at the HoDePo and you are in buisness!!

For Tamiya I use lacquer thinner (either Tamiya's own or Gunze Leveling Thinner) to thin the paint. Windex to clean up.

I was surprised how many enamel properties tamiya acrylic has.
