Here is my photobucket link to 3 pics of the model I finished.  It includes cast metal tracks, ABER photoetch tool carriers, ABER photoetch engine screens, scratchbuilt cupola, zimmeritt, rebullt tool holders with pins.

Looks real good. Yes How did you do the zimmerit?  The only thing I would do is to tone down the silverness on the rims of wheel.  Maybe drywash with gunmetal or something to make it less shiny.

Zimmerit was testors white putty, took a long time to get it all done.  Agree on interior wheels, but in the Spielberg panther book it had a side view of a panther flying along and the rims were that shiny when they ran at high speed due to interior track wear on those interior road wheels.  Entered into the local ipms contest and was beat out by 2 harleys on 1/6 scale right out of the box.  Some judges do not understand dirty military vehicles and prefer the clean wheeled or clean armor.  Well I think I did a great job on it anyway despite the judges.

Nice looking kitty. I've seen a few modelers who've missed painting the inner-wheels metal before, so touche.

Would like some larger pics if possible.

Very nice.  Everytime I've tried zemmerit, its looked awful.  I'll work up courage to try it again.

Don't make it out to be more difficult that it seems.  It just paste put on the armor and then patterned.  I took a piece of thick styrene and filed and angle on the end and use that to make the pattern.  I used the testors white putty and put it on and let it setup till the surface was non sticky, then pushed the styrene into it and make the pattern.  Test the front glacis of an old model and try it a few times.  Just takes time and patience.

Here is my photobucket website that has the 3 pics and I think you can download the pics to your computer and then magnify them to look at the details.

I bought the tracks off ebay and for the last few days could not find them in my feedback history and have been unable to find the supplier since.  Will keep trying and if find, will forward information.
