Not that it helps any with your current problem, but wait till you try  a kit with Italeri's HARD vinyl tracks. Dead

It could help. Try flexing the tracks in the opposite direction when they are warm. Several times could do the trick.

Is there some inexpensive indie tracks you can pick up?

Warm water....loop them in the proper direction, pin with a small clamp or paper clip and dip for about 10 to 15 seconds them work them a bit.  Continue dip and working until you have what you need.

Do not use boiling water, warm only

Kaysee,

Soften in hot water and bend to as close a shape as possible to how you want them to look, then glue them with ACC to the tops of the roadwheels.   I use the slow-drying ACC, and put some foam blocks or earplugs in between the sponson and the track to force the track down while drying.
